APRIL VACATION
There will be no school April 16 – 20th for April Vacation. The school office will be open Tuesday – Thursday from 8am to Noon. School will resume on Monday, April 23rd.

IMPORTANT NOTICES

FINAL TUITION PAYMENT FOR 2017- 2018 SCHOOL YEAR – is due on April 17, 2018. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO SCHOOL APRIL 16th – 20th FOR SPRING VACATION. All tuition, workbook fees & Extended Care balances must be paid up to date in order for your child to receive their 3rd quarter report card. Anyone that is having financial difficulty should call Sr. Ceil at 592-5135 as soon as possible.  Thank you for your cooperation.

JUNIOR YOUTH MINISTRY SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS – are available in the school or parish office. Applications are due by April 18th.
HALF DAY – There will be half day dismissal at 11:30am on Friday, April 27th. NO PRESCHOOL. NO AFTER SCHOOL.
LAST DAY OF SCHOOL & GRADUATION DATES

EIGHTH GRADE – Graduation will be held on Wednesday, June 6that 6:00pm in the Upper Basilica.  The last day of school for 8th grade will be Tuesday, June 5th. The 8th Grade Awards Assembly will be held at 1:15pm on Tuesday.

KINDERGARTEN
– Graduation will be held on Monday, June 11that 6:30pm in the school gym.  The last day of school for Kindergarten will be Monday, June 11th,  

PRESCHOOL– Preschool Farewell will be held on Wednesday, June 13th. Pre-K 3 farewell will be held at 10:00am.
Pre-K 4 farewell will be held at 1:00pm.  The last day of school for Pre-K will be Tuesday, June 12th  

LAST DAY – The last day of school for Grades 1 – 7 will be a half day dismissal at 11:30am on Monday, June 18th.

ANNUAL FITNESS WALK– Permission/pledge envelopes and volunteer slips were sent home on Monday, April 9th.  Please read and reply to this information in a timely manner. All permission/pledge envelopes and volunteer slips should have been signed and returned to school by Friday, April 13th for your students to participate in the Fitness Walk. (Minimum $7 per student/$10 per family pledge). One envelope per family is sufficient. All medical concerns should be addressed before the day of the walk. Money raised from our Fitness Walk will benefit each child who attends our school.  Thank you for your continued support.

CHICOPEE TRANSPORTATION FORMS – were sent home in re-registrations & with Chicopee residents who had not returned them as of today. Any student who needs bus transportation for the 2018 – 2019 school year must return the form by MONDAY, APRIL 23rd!

PRESCHOOL ADVENTURE CAMP

Preschool Adventure Camp is being offered to currently enrolled Little Lamb students
the weeks of June 18th – 21st and June 25th – 28th
Applications for Adventure Camp should be returned by MONDAY, APRIL 23rd!

2018 – 2019 SCHOOL YEAR

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL FOR 2018 – 2019 – The first day of school for grades 1 – 8 will be Monday, August 27, 2018. The first day of school for Preschool and Kindergarten will be Wednesday, August 29, 2018.

2018 – 2019 RE-REGISTRATIONRe-registration packets for the 2018 – 2019 school year were sent home with the oldest child in each family in January. Completed re-registrations with the $125.00 family registration fee were due March 29th. PLEASE RETURN RE-REGISTRATION PACKETS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

PRESCHOOL REGISTRATION – Early Lamb (3 Year Old) & Little Lamb (4 Year Old) Preschool Programs. Full Day program - 2, 3 or 5 days per week. Child must be 3 or 4 years old and toilet trained by September 1, 2018.

DIOCESAN & SCHOOL FINANCIAL AID APPLICATIONS Financial aid applications are open for the 2018-2019 school year. Applications must be completed online at FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment www.factstuitionaid.com for both Diocesan & School aid. Families interested in school aid must participate in commitment hours through BINGO calling, breakdown or kitchen help, etc. Tuition Aid is not available for Pre-K Students. First Round Financial Aid decisions for School Aid will be made on APRIL 25th! Please apply before that date if interested in school aid.

FIRST COMMUNION
JESUS DAYwill be held for First Communicants on Saturday, May 5th from 8:30am to Noon.
FIRST COMMUNION INDIVIDUAL PICTURES – Mr. Kostek will be available for individual pictures in the school library from 6:00 to 7:30pm on Thursday, May 10th.
FIRST COMMUNION – Saturday, May 12th – First Communion will be held at 11:00am. Students will meet in the school by 10:00am (or lower Basilica in case of rain) to take the group picture.
FUNDRAISERS
GOLUMBKI SALE – Golumbki are available for sale at the school. They are for sale for 2 large for $6 or 4 small for $8.

THE 23RD ANNUAL ST. STANISLAUS SCHOOL GOLF OUTING AT TEKOA COUNTRY CLUB
This year’s event is Sunday, June 3, 2018from 11:30am – 6:30pm. The event is being held at the Tekoa Country Club, 459 Russell Rd., Westfield, MA.
